During the warm weather months, we take extra measures to protect your order.
All orders must be shipped with a maximum of two day shipping time to guarantee that your order will arrive unaffected. All other shipping options will be at your own risk.
Orders will be packed with ice packs and insulated padding to protect your chocolates. We charge a small fee on all orders to partially cover the cost of these extra shipping supplies.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the product arrives defective or damaged.
If product arrives defective or damaged, we will either refund or resend the shipment, at our discretion.
We do not refund shipping costs for delayed shipments, unless we are able to obtain reimbursement from the shipping company.
Lost shipments will be refunded or resent, at our discretion.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect address given by customer or failure to pick up the order in the allotted time will not be refunded. Reshipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer, if they choose to do so.
We will not be responsible for product defects due to improper storage of the product after delivery.
All claims for damaged or defective orders must be made within seven (7) days of delivery.
