• We strive to process all orders within 2 – 4 days of receiving them. Processing times may be longer around busy holidays (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas) and for orders larger than $200. Processing times are in addition to estimated shipping times. Please allow for processing times when selecting shipping method. If you require a very rushed delivery (ie: 1-2 days after order is placed), please contact us before placing your order to inquire if we are able to expedite the processing time.

  • We will send you a confirmation email, including a tracking number, once your order has been shipped. Please note that shipping times to more remote areas or during peak shipping times (such as holidays) may be longer then estimated at time of order.

Warm Weather Shipping:

During the warm weather months, we take extra measures to protect your order.

All orders must be shipped with a maximum of two day shipping time to guarantee that your order will arrive unaffected. All other shipping options will be at your own risk.

Orders will be packed with ice packs and insulated padding to protect your chocolates. We charge a small fee on all orders to partially cover the cost of these extra shipping supplies.

  • Orders outside of BC will be longer than 2 day delivery with the Flat Rate and Free Shipping options.
  • In warm weather months, we may hold back your shipment to ensure the quickest delivery time.


  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided. Please double check shipping address when you receive your order confirmation email and contact us right away if any changes need to be made. Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses can result in your order being undelivered and returned to us. Return shipping charges and re-shipping charges incurred as the result of an incomplete or incorrect shipping address being provided are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Orders that are not picked up or received by the customers in due time may be returned to us. Return shipping charges and re-shipping charges incurred as the result of an order not be retrieved before the specified time are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the product arrives defective or damaged.
  • If product arrives defective or damaged, we will either refund or resend the shipment, at our discretion.
  • We do not refund shipping costs for delayed shipments, unless we are able to obtain reimbursement from the shipping company.
  • Lost shipments will be refunded or resent, at our discretion.
  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect address given by customer or failure to pick up the order in the allotted time will not be refunded. Reshipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer, if they choose to do so.
  • We will not be responsible for product defects due to improper storage of the product after delivery.
  • All claims for damaged or defective orders must be made within seven (7) days of delivery.
